announced a newly formed partnership to align the solutions
and services of both organizations. Through this alliance,
Onset will now offer DCC’s complete notification solution to
its own extensive client base, which spans a variety of
industries, including federal government agencies, financial
institutions, top U.S. law firms and more.
In addition,
the relationship allows DCC to integrate its flagship product,
Communicator!™ NXT, with Onset’s METAmessage for PIN-to-PIN
BlackBerry® smartphone messaging. With this functionality,
should a customer’s email server be rendered inoperable and
critical communications are necessary, Communicator! NXT will
send the message directly to METAmessage for secure delivery
to BlackBerry smartphones. Having the combination in place
not only creates a viable back-up notification method, but
serves as an additional measure for data redundancy.
