Network Infrastructure Technician
As this
team member, you will assist in the installation,
configuration and maintenance of equipment, supporting the
voice and data infrastructure of DCC’s hosting centers.
This includes maintaining LAN and WAN networks; monitoring
voice and data networks for potential problems;
troubleshooting voice and data issues; maintaining VPN
services and security certificates; and establishing new
accounts on the network. You will be required to learn and
provide advanced internal voice and data support of the
company’s custom communications applications.
Mandatory
Skills and Qualifications:

environment.

System
Staging Technician
In this position, you provide
and support the architectural framework for computers,
networks and telephony products to be installed at customer
sites. You will support the Installations and
Training department by maintaining an orderly workflow by
monitoring necessary supply levels, preparing product
systems to be installed and shipping the necessary products
to the correct destination.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Assemble DCC product systems proficiently.

Install and configure
required hardware and software for each product system.

quality assurance, operation, and function.

and/or software to meet specific purchase orders.

Developer
We have an immediate opening for a Software Developer with
five+ years hands-on recent software development experience
performing software engineering duties.
Software Developers at DCC are given
assignments that are complex in nature, requiring technical
sophistication, including the use of new technologies and
techniques and the ability to communicate well in project
meetings.
The duties associated with this position include, but are
not limited to:

Full SDLC participation in Design,
heavy programming, unit testing, and troubleshooting.*
Develop software using tools such as MS Visual Studio
2005, SQL 2005, Visio Professional, RedGate tools, MSDN.

Provide estimates on medium sized
tasks and projects.

Assist technical support tiers with
troubleshooting when required and provide hot fixes for
code issues.

Participate in functional and code
peer reviews.

Documentation processes, including
assisting the Technical Documentation Department with

reviewing user documentation for technical accuracy.

As a

responsible for providing customers with help desk technical
